Welcome Collectors! The fire agate we have for sale here is the highest quality specimens you will have the pleasure to feast your eyes upon. Classified back in the mid 1970's as the top of the line in quality, known as "Imperial Fire Agate", which is relatively 95% pure fire and no dead spots. These pieces were specially handpicked from the mines and carefully polished and shaped with painstaking effort to create the most amazing multicolored gemstones anywhere.

These pieces come from a variety of different mines in the Sierra Fria and Sierra del Lavrel mountain ranges of Calvillo in the state of Aguascalientes, México. You will also find a couple special items created by our pulidor, he has taken the natural hole left by a quartz and embedded a beautiful opal or another intense quality agate. These are called "Solero" or embedded agates and are definitely unique "one of a kind" items.
